Do I need to sign up?
No. The first message you send the bot creates a FileNext account tied to your Telegram ID. You can upload, earn and withdraw right away.
Why won't the bot take my PDF or ZIP?
The bot accepts videos only. Upload other files on the web drive, which takes any file type up to 100 GB.
How do I change a video's cover?
Tap Set cover under the upload, or open Covers and pick the video, then send a photo. You can go back to the automatic cover at any time.
How much does a view earn?
It varies from view to view, so there is no fixed rate. Open Earnings in the bot to see exactly what each of your files has earned today, this week and in total.

Is there a separate bot for reporting content?
Yes. Copyright and abuse reports go to the takedown bot, which gives each report a ticket number. You can also use the report page on this site.
