What this covers
This policy is a launch draft pending legal review. It applies to everything you upload, store or share on FileNext, on the web and through our Telegram bots, and to how you use the service. It is part of the terms of service.
Share only what you have the right to share
Do not upload or share material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. That includes films, series, sports broadcasts, music, software, games, books and courses you do not own or have permission to distribute. Piracy is not allowed, and files that only exist to redistribute someone else’s work will be removed. See the copyright policy.
Content that is never allowed
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualises or exploits minors. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the Indian authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate content: sexual or intimate images or video of anyone shared without their consent, including hidden-camera material and sexually explicit deepfakes of real people.
- Violence and harm: content that threatens or incites violence, glorifies terrorism or mass violence, depicts real gore for shock, or promotes self-harm.
- Privacy violations: other people’s personal information, ID documents or private images shared to expose, harass or extort them.
- Malware and scams: viruses, ransomware, credential stealers, phishing pages, fake downloads and files built to compromise devices or accounts.
- Other illegal content: material that is unlawful to possess or share where you are or where it is viewed, including material that promotes trafficking or the sale of illegal goods.
Faked views and downloads
Earnings only come from real people genuinely watching or downloading. You must not, and must not help anyone else:
- use bots, scripts, emulators, click farms or automated tools to generate views or downloads;
- buy traffic that is forced, hidden or incentivised, or pay or reward people to watch;
- cycle views through your own or other accounts, devices, VPNs, proxies or IP addresses;
- embed files invisibly, auto-play them in hidden frames, or trick people into opening links;
- tamper with how views are measured or try to get around the validation rules or caps.
Earnings from invalid activity are voided, including after the 7-day hold, and accounts involved are suspended or banned.
Misleading files and links
Do not use file names, covers or descriptions that misrepresent what a file is, for example to get views. Do not impersonate FileNext, its staff or another person, and do not send fake support or payment messages.
Respect the service
Do not try to access other people’s files or accounts, probe or overload our systems, scrape protected data, get around bans or limits, or interfere with how FileNext works. Test security only within what our security reporting process allows, and never access, change or keep other people’s data.
What we do about it
Moderators review every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove a file and disable its link, stop its earnings, void earnings, reject withdrawals, or suspend or ban the account. Serious violations, such as child sexual abuse material, lead to an immediate ban and a report to the authorities. Repeated violations lead to a ban. The uploader is told in the bot when a file is removed and why.
Reports still open after 36 hours are flagged to our team, in line with the deadline India’s IT Rules set for takedowns.
Reporting a problem
Use the report button on any share page, or send the link to the takedown bot. Each report gets a ticket and you are told the outcome. If you find child sexual abuse material, do not download, screenshot or share it; just report the link. How to report content.
