FileNext is cloud storage with a drive for your files and public links for sharing them. When people genuinely watch or download a file you shared, you earn USD. Every account starts with 20 GB of free storage.

Not on Telegram. The first message you send the FileNext bot creates an account tied to your Telegram ID, and you can upload, earn and withdraw straight away. On the web, create an account with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters.

Start in Telegram if you mainly share videos and want to begin in seconds. Start on the web if you want the full drive: any file type, folders, bulk actions and ZIP downloads. You can connect the two later and everything moves into one account.

Nothing. Every account gets 20 GB of free storage. Paid plans with more space are planned but not available yet, and we will announce them before they launch.

Not yet. Native apps for iOS, macOS, Android and Windows are planned. Today you can use the web drive in any modern browser, including on your phone, and the Telegram bot on any device that runs Telegram.

Up to 100 GB per file on the web. Each upload also has to fit in the storage you have left, so a free account with 20 GB cannot hold a 100 GB file.

Any file type on the web, including whole folders. The Telegram bot accepts videos only: video messages, round video notes and videos sent as a file. Photos you send the bot become covers. Everything else goes through the website.

No. Uploads go straight to storage in parts and can resume where they stopped. Check your connection and the space you have left, then retry from the upload panel. Keep the original file in place while it finishes.

Yes. Drag a folder from your computer into the drive, or choose a folder in the upload menu. Its structure is kept, and you can drag files onto any folder or onto the breadcrumbs to move them later.

A cover is the picture shown for a file in your drive and as the poster on its share page. FileNext picks one automatically from a video frame, the image itself or embedded album art. You can set your own JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 10 MB from Change cover on the web, or by sending a photo to the bot.

Open the Storage page in the drive. It splits your space into videos, images, audio, documents, archives and trash, so you can see what to clear first.

Yes, if it is still in Trash. Right after moving something to Trash you can also press Undo. A file that has been permanently deleted cannot be restored, so keep your own backup of anything important.

Yes. Press ? in the drive to see them all. Shift-click selects a range, and Ctrl-click or Cmd-click adds or removes single items, so you can download, move, star or trash many files at once.

Select the item in your drive, open Share and choose Create link. Copy the link and send it anywhere. Anyone with the link can view and download it without a FileNext account.

No. Files are private until you create a link. A folder link gives access to everything inside that folder, so check what a folder contains before you share it.

Open Share on the item and choose Turn off link. The link stops working straight away. It cannot recall copies that people already downloaded.

A share page with a preview: video with seeking, images, audio, PDF and text. Shared folders list their files with covers and can be downloaded as one ZIP. Every share page also has a report button.

Yes. Folders and multiple selections download as a single ZIP that is built and streamed as it downloads, so there is no wait for it to be prepared.

Upload videos and get a share link, set covers, check your balance and top files, set a payout method, withdraw, and get a message when you are paid. You can also connect a web account from the bot.

The bot takes videos only: video messages, round video notes and videos sent as a file. A photo becomes a cover when you are setting one. For documents, audio, archives and other files, use the website.

In the bot, tap FileNext account to get a one-time link that works for 15 minutes. Open it, sign in or create a web account, review what will move, and connect. If you start on the web, use Settings and then Connect Telegram.

Everything moves into your web account: videos, covers, daily earnings, withdrawals and payout details. The files themselves stay where they are stored, so nothing is uploaded again. The separate Telegram-only account is then removed.

Upload it on the website instead, which accepts files up to 100 GB. It earns in exactly the same way once you share it.

Yes. Settings on the web shows your Telegram connection with a Disconnect button. Earnings, payout details and withdrawals are managed in the bot, so connect again whenever you need them.

What a view earns varies from view to view, so there is no fixed rate. You are paid in USD for validated views and downloads of the files you share. Open Earnings in the Telegram bot to see what each file has earned today, this week and in total.

The viewer watched for 30 seconds, or half of a video shorter than that. The same device or account on the same IP is paid once per file per day, each IP has a daily cap, your own views never count, and the file and its owner must be in good standing.

Usually because the viewer left before the watch time, already watched that file today from the same device and network, came from a network that reached its daily cap, or was you. Views on removed files, or files from suspended accounts, are not paid.

In the Telegram bot. Tap Earnings for your balance, today and this week, and your top files. Earnings are not shown on the website, so web users connect Telegram from Settings.

Earnings are held for 7 days so we can catch fraud, then they become available. You can withdraw once your available balance reaches the minimum, which is $5.00 by default.

PayPal, USDT on TRC20, USDT on BEP20, or UPI. Set your method in the bot under the payout option. Double-check addresses and IDs, because payments sent to details you entered cannot be recalled.

In the bot, open Withdraw, enter an amount or tap Withdraw all, then confirm. A person on our team reviews each request and pays it by hand. The bot messages you with the transaction reference when you are paid, or with the reason if the request is rejected.

Read the reason in the bot message first; it is often a payout detail to fix. If you still have a question, contact us with your Telegram username, the amount and the date of the request.

Possibly. Before some payouts, especially larger ones, we may ask for identity or tax details, and crypto addresses may be screened. We will tell you in the bot what is needed and why.

No. Faked, automated or bought views are not paid, earnings from them are voided, and accounts that fake traffic are suspended. Real views from real audiences are the only thing that earns.

Use the email address you registered with and re-enter your password carefully. If you still cannot get in, write to us from that email address with the error you see. Never send us your password.

Send a privacy request from the contact page using the email on your account. We may need to confirm the account is yours before we act.

Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text, and files are served through short-lived signed links. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep your Telegram account secure, because it can reach your earnings.

In the bot, open the payout method option and set a new one. New withdrawals use the details saved when you request them.

Use the report button on the file's share page, or message the takedown bot with one or more FileNext links. Pick a reason, add details, and you get a ticket number.

Use the takedown bot. Along with the link, give the rights holder's name, the original work, an email address for replies, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.

Send /status followed by your ticket number to the takedown bot, for example /status K7QX2MD. You are also told the outcome when a moderator decides.

A moderator reviews it. If it breaks the rules, its link is disabled, its earnings stop, and the bot tells you why. Serious or repeated violations lead to a ban. If the report is dismissed, nothing changes.

Contact us with the link, your account email or Telegram username, and why you have the right to share it. For copyright removals, you can send a counter-notice as described in the copyright policy.

Report it right away with the child safety reason. Do not download, screenshot or share it, even as evidence; the link is all we need. We remove it and report it to the authorities.
